The Catalyst Center, in partnership with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), provides no-cost technical assistance (TA) to support counties, Tribal partners, and providers in strengthening services for children and youth with individualized complex care needs.
Our Technical Assistance is designed to strengthen partnerships across systems. We aim to be youth-centered and trauma-informed with TA that is responsive, collaborative, practical and solution-focused while grounded in current policy and best practices.

CCCPP is a CDSS-administered pilot supporting selected counties to build and test a continuum of crisis services for children and youth with the most complex behavioral health needs, reducing reliance on out-of-state placements, emergency departments, and unplanned placement moves. We provide implementation-focused technical assistance to pilot counties and their partners.
