ResourceAnti Police-Terror Project Sacramento launches MH First
Anti Police-Terror Project (APTP) Sacramento launches MH First, a community, non-police response to mental health crisis. MH First has been created to respond to mental health crises, including psychiatric emergencies, substance use disorder support, and domestic violence situations that require victim extraction.

MH First is available Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST.
